Disconnection of Services for Non-Payment

Bills are due no later than the 10th of every month. New bills will be sent out on the 20th of each month. Accounts that are 30 days or more past due, will be considered delinquent. If the account becomes delinquent services are subject to disconnection without further notice.

The re-connection fee is  $75.00. In order to get service turned back on to the property the balance will need to be paid in full plus the re-connection fee.

Minimum charges for all services will continue to accrue even after the water is shut off.

Effective as of January 1, 2018: Customers who have had their water shut-off for lack of payment will not be able to have their service re-connected until the following business day. Starting the day after disconnection, service will be restored if possible the same day if payment is made in full. Payments made after 3:00 P.M. will have service restored the following business day.
